At Control101, we aim to keep pricing straightforward—though gate automation often demands tailored solutions. That’s why we offer two clear categories:
• Off-the-Shelf
Standard build cabinets ready for immediate purchase and modification to suit your installation.
The 400 SERIES is available in bulk with tiered discounts.
• Bespoke
Customize your cabinet by adding door plates, PSUs, relays, key switches, and more—or request a fully bespoke build to match specific site requirements.
PRICES AND PRICING
We currently offer four cabinet series—200, 400, 600, and 700—plus a range of Gate Controllers, each priced according to configuration.
200 SERIES
Compact, entry-level control cabinets designed for simple installations.
Ideal for single-zone control or low-complexity automation.
Available off-the-shelf with bulk pricing tiers.
400 SERIES
Modular control cabinets offered as off-the-shelf solutions.
Discounts apply for quantities:
• 1 unit
• 4 units
• 5–10 units
• 11+ units

600 SERIES
Highly configurable with options including:
• Enclosure material (mild steel or GRP)
• Door plate
• Mains circuit
• Control board (brand, model, supplier)
• Key switches, E-stop, PSU
• Magnetic lock relays, pedestrian gate relays
• Battery brackets
Starting price: £350–£400 for a basic cabinet including:
• Mild steel or GRP enclosure
• Mains circuit
• Control board mounting and third-rail wiring
This base configuration suits stock rotation and high-volume installers. Add components to create a bespoke solution.
Example configurations:
• Double Leaf Swing Gate + Self-Closing Pedestrian Gate
Add a 12VDC @ 2.5A PSU and timer relay to the basic cabinet.
For magnetic locking, swap the timer relay for a magnetic lock relay.
• Swing Gate with Safety Loop & Free-to-Exit Loop
Add a 230V dual-channel loop detector and time switch.
Enables programmable open signals and timed exit control.
Need extra mounting space? Add door plates.
Note: Cabinet depth is 250mm—deeper builds fall under bespoke solutions.
700 SERIES
Priced similarly to the 600 SERIES, with the addition of a second control board.
Ideal for dual-zone or multi-gate installations requiring advanced logic and redundancy.
GATE CONTROLLERS
Control101 offers standalone gate controllers for integration into new or existing systems.
Options include:
• Single-zone and multi-zone controllers
• DIN rail or enclosure-mounted formats
• Compatibility with FADINI, BENINCA, and other automation brands
• Custom wiring and relay configurations available on request
